Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 30, 2026
Welcome to 365 Collective. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of www.365-collective.com, including any purchases, accounts, events, community features, communications, and other services offered through the website. Throughout these Terms, “365 Collective,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to 365 Collective. “You” and “your” refer to any person accessing the website, creating an account, purchasing a product, registering for an event, or otherwise interacting with our services. By accessing the website or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the website.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase, create an account, or enter into a legally binding agreement through the website.
Individuals under 18 may use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
By using the website, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
2. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our business, website, products, services, or legal obligations.
The revised Terms will become effective when posted on the website unless otherwise stated. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
Your continued use of the website after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
3. Products and Product Information
We attempt to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. However, product colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, production differences, and the device used to view the website.
Measurements and sizing information are approximate unless specifically stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to:
-
Modify product designs, materials, specifications, packaging, and pricing;
-
Limit the quantity of products available for purchase;
-
Discontinue a product or colorway;
-
Correct inaccurate product descriptions or pricing errors; and
-
Refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary.
Product availability is not guaranteed. Limited-release products may not be restocked after they sell out.
4. Orders and Order Acceptance
Placing an order does not guarantee that the order has been accepted.
After an order is placed, you may receive an automated confirmation acknowledging that we received the order. This confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.
We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:
-
Insufficient inventory;
-
Incorrect product or pricing information;
-
Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity;
-
Payment-processing failure;
-
Violation of purchase limits;
-
Resale activity;
-
An invalid or undeliverable shipping address; or
-
Other circumstances that reasonably prevent us from completing the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
5. Pricing, Payment, and Taxes
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice. The applicable price is the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.
Payments may be processed by Wix Payments or another third-party payment provider. Your use of those payment services may also be governed by the provider’s terms and privacy practices.
You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method selected at checkout for:
-
Product charges;
-
Shipping and delivery fees;
-
Applicable taxes; and
-
Any other charges clearly disclosed before checkout is completed.
Applicable sales tax will be calculated and collected when required by law.
6. Inventory and Purchase Limits
Inventory is tracked by product and product variation. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve the item.
An item may sell out before checkout is completed. Inventory discrepancies may occasionally occur because of simultaneous purchases, damaged merchandise, technical errors, or inventory adjustments.
We may impose purchase limits on limited-release products. We may cancel orders that appear to circumvent those limits, including multiple orders placed using related names, addresses, email accounts, or payment methods.
Products purchased through the website are intended for personal use unless we have approved another arrangement in writing. Unauthorized resale may result in cancellation of an order or restriction of future purchases.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping availability, prices, processing estimates, and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Processing and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by weather, carrier delays, address errors, high order volume, holidays, supply disruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer, except where required by law.
If we cannot ship an order within the stated or legally required time, we will provide any notice, cancellation opportunity, or refund required by applicable law.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, tracking and delivery updates may be provided by the carrier.
8. Local Pickup
When local pickup is available, customers must follow the pickup instructions included in the order confirmation or pickup notification.
Customers may be required to present:
-
The order confirmation;
-
The customer’s name;
-
A government-issued photo identification; or
-
Other reasonable verification.
Orders should not be collected until a pickup-ready notification has been received.
Unclaimed pickup orders will be handled according to our Shipping Policy or Return & Refund Policy.
9. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
Purchases are subject to the Return & Refund Policy displayed on the website at the time of purchase. That policy is incorporated into these Terms.
Customers should review the Return & Refund Policy before submitting an order, particularly for products marked:
-
Final sale;
-
Limited release;
-
Nonreturnable;
-
Discounted; or
-
Otherwise subject to special conditions.
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, contact us within the timeframe stated in our Return & Refund Policy and provide the requested order information and photographs.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Nothing in these Terms limits any nonwaivable consumer rights provided by applicable law.
10. Discount Codes and Promotions
Discount codes, giveaways, promotional offers, and special pricing may be subject to additional restrictions.
Unless otherwise stated:
-
Promotions cannot be combined;
-
Discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases;
-
Discounts have no cash value;
-
Promotions may exclude certain products;
-
Promotional products remain subject to availability; and
-
We may modify or end a promotion at any time before an eligible purchase is completed.
We may reject or cancel the use of a discount code obtained or used through fraud, technical manipulation, unauthorized publication, or other misuse.
11. Customer Accounts
You may have the option to create a customer account.
You are responsible for:
-
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
-
Providing accurate account information;
-
Restricting access to your account and devices; and
-
Informing us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless otherwise required by law.
We may suspend or terminate an account that is used for fraud, abuse, harassment, unauthorized resale, security violations, or other conduct that violates these Terms.
12. Email and Electronic Communications
By using the website, submitting an order, or contacting us electronically, you consent to receive transactional communications electronically. These may include:
-

Pickup notifications;
-
Account notices;
-

-

Marketing emails are optional. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link included in the message.
Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not prevent necessary transactional or account-related communications.
13. Events and Community Activities

You are responsible for determining whether you are physically capable of participating. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning a new exercise program or participating in an activity when appropriate.
Event participants must follow reasonable instructions, venue rules, safety requirements, and applicable laws.
Certain events may require a separate:
-
Registration agreement;
-
Assumption-of-risk form;
-
Liability release;
-
Medical acknowledgment;
-
Photography or media release; or
-
Parent or guardian consent form.
These Terms are not intended to replace any event-specific agreement.
We may modify, postpone, relocate, or cancel an event because of weather, safety concerns, permit requirements, low participation, venue availability, public-health considerations, or other circumstances.
Any refund or credit for a canceled or modified event will be governed by the terms disclosed during registration.
