Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

 

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment, although carrier delays, weather and peak shipping periods may affect delivery times.

 

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before the order is resent.

 

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors and the shipping carrier before contacting us. We will assist where reasonably possible but cannot guarantee replacement of packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
