Refund Eligibility:

Eligible items may be returned for a refund when a return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a refund, the item must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In its original condition

• Free from sweat, stains, odors, makeup, pet hair or other signs of wear

• Returned with its original packaging and tags, when applicable

  
  

Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied a refund.

Requesting a Refund:

To request a refund, email join365collective@gmail.com and include:

• Your name

• Your order number

• The item being returned

• The reason for the return

  
  

Do not mail an item back before receiving approval. Approved return requests will receive return instructions and the appropriate return address. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as 365 Collective is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Refund Processing:

Once your return is received, it will be inspected to confirm that it meets the eligibility requirements.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of inspection. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.

Submitting a return does not guarantee approval. Items that show signs of wear or do not meet the return conditions may be sent back to the customer.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items:

Inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact join365collective@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item

• Photos of the packaging, when relevant

  
  

Once the claim is approved, you may receive either:

• A replacement of the same item at no additional cost; or

• A refund to your original payment method

  
  

Replacements are subject to inventory availability. If the same item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

We may determine that a damaged or defective item does not need to be returned. This will be decided individually after reviewing the claim.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To purchase a different color or design, request a return of the original eligible item for a refund and place a new order. Product availability cannot be guaranteed while a return is being processed.

Order Cancellations:

Contact join365collective@gmail.com as soon as possible to request a cancellation. We will attempt to accommodate the request, but orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment, although carrier delays, weather and peak shipping periods may affect delivery times.

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before the order is resent.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors and the shipping carrier before contacting us. We will assist where reasonably possible but cannot guarantee replacement of packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
